Terms and Conditions

  • All prices shown are in US$.
  • Prices INCLUDE PACKING by Carton Box with Grass Paper and for larger items we use Corrugated Carton Wrap with Grass Paper.
  • Prices DO NOT include packing by Wood Crates (if necessary) and other Cargo or Customs related expenses (documentation, air or sea freight, trucking, insurance, import duties, taxes & transportation in your home country).
  • We make all Shipping arrangements for you ex: Bali to your local Port. You make your own arrangements for Customs Clearance & Transportation at your end. We make no money from the cost of shipping. In most cases we will request that you send the related Shipping Expenses via wire transfer direct to the Cargo Company. If you have your own preference for Cargo Company, simply let us know & we will contact them when your product is packed & ready for pick up.
  • Minimum order is $1000 - this can be flexible depending on circumstances, but the point is we are a wholesaler exporting from overseas and anything smaller is not economically feasible for you or us.
  • Discounts for larger container load orders are as follows:
    • $10,000 +     10% discount
    • $15,000 +     15% discount
    • $20,000 +     20% discount
    • $25,000 +     25% discount
  • 50% deposit via Money Wire Transfer to our US$ Bank Account is required before we can start your order. You will be notified a week before your orders are finished & the remaining 50% must be sent. Initially all Cargo Costs must also be paid in full prior to the shipment leaving Bali. After a relationship has been established, future Sea Freight shipments can be paid 2 weeks after leaving Bali. Air Freight must always be paid in full prior to shipment leaving.
  • For smaller orders (less than $5000) you may want to consider paying in full to save on Wire Transfer Costs.
  • Production time depending on your order will be anywhere from 4-8 weeks.
  • All products are guaranteed. If you have any problems with your product because of an error on our part, we will credit the full amount against your next order. We may ask for photographs of damaged goods.
