WHO WE ARE

Hi – my name is Penny Harvey and I am originally from Canada. My husband is Wayan Bagiartha and he is Balinese. We have 2 children and live in Sanur, Bali – a small uniquely cultural island in Indonesia. We have been involved with Import/Export since 1994 and really enjoy what we do.

WHAT WE DO

Our job is to provide you with the highest quality products at the most reasonable price.  This is achieved through the following steps:

1. sourcing and/or designing of products
2. negotiating prices with families in the villages
3. placing orders
4. weekly (sometimes daily) checking on progress of order
5. quality check of finished orders
6. payment & pickup of finished orders
7. packing of product
8. supervise/assist in stuffing of containers
9. review & approve packing list
10. review all documentation
11. produce a detailed Excel spreadsheet of all product sent
12. provide Financial Accountability Report

Our website is very user-friendly. We show you our prices directly under the photo (without having to fill out a request form) - we know our prices are the best & we have nothing to hide.
